Dear Shareware Distributor,

The WinLock v3.06 is a shareware product. Please feel free to 
make copies of the program. You are also free to distribute the 
product on diskette, CD-ROM, and via bulletin boards or any 
other means available. Please use the WINLOCK.DIZ file to 
describe the product.

However, the program is proprietary to TeraVision and provided 
to you on a nonexclusive basis. TeraVision retains all copyrights 
to the product.

Product distribution via shareware is strongly encouraged. Please
